Role OverviewThe Surveillance Agent aids in the overall protection of the Casino by guarding against internal and external threats through the use of gaming and security cameras. They have knowledge of all slot/game procedures and Title 31 of Virginia State Gaming Commission.
What You Will Do
Maintains all logs, ensures accuracy of log entries, reports incidents to the Director of Surveillance, and operates a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system to monitor casino activities.

- Use of office equipment and computers.
- Ongoing games protection training.
- Must be able to interact with other departments, law enforcement, and court personnel.
- Must be able to obtain and possess a VA Gaming License from the VA Lottery.
