Surveillance compliance officer

Job Description
Conduct daily and weekly surveillance monitoring, review and analyze video footage, collaborate with operations and HR teams, ensure surveillance systems are functioning properly, maintain compliance with company security protocols, develop and implement compliance checklists and reports, and support implementation of new monitoring systems and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in surveillance, safety, or compliance roles (warehouse or logistics industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of CCTV/IP camera systems, NVR/DVR, and safety compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHA or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between facilities.
