Job Description
The Surveillance Investigator will monitor activity at Carver Road Hospitality’s properties, communicating with leadership and completing incident reports as necessary. The role involves monitoring front-of-house and back-of-house operations, tracking suspicious activity, and maintaining the health of the CCTV system.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt to use of new technologies
  • Minimum one year experience in a Surveillance/Investigations role in high volume venue (Casino, Nightlife Venue, Stadium etc.)
  • Understanding of steps of service in a Restaurant/Lounge environment
  • Ability to write professional and comprehensive incident reports
  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
  • Knowledge of Health Department standards
  • Basic understanding of BOH stations and operations
  • Basic understanding of Point-of-Sales systems, experience with Micros preferred
