Role OverviewThe Surveillance Operator I is responsible for monitoring, documenting, and reporting activity across the property to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance with state regulations, and uphold company policies and procedures. This role uses surveillance technology and direct observation to support investigations, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity. The Surveillance Operator I works in a team environment, with a focus on inclusive progress and community impact. What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include monitoring guest and employee activity, capturing and documenting video evidence, recording and reporting questionable activities, and responding to alarm systems. The Surveillance Operator I will also review video footage to resolve disputes, identify suspicious or illegal activity, and support other departments as needed.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- One (1) year of experience in casino gaming preferred.
- Ability to perform basic math and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, surveillance systems, and related software.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of all table games preferred.
- Manual dexterity to operate surveillance equipment including computers, camera keyboards, and joysticks.
- Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
