Job Description
As a Surveillance Supervisor at Harrah's Joliet, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for protecting the integrity of casino operations through covert monitoring and advanced surveillance technology.

Requirements

  • Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication.
  • Provides direction and support for all staff to achieve Harrah's Joliet goals and objectives through the fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the clandestine surveillance of the entire property including all front of house and back of house areas, parking garages, and external property.
  • Detects cheating, theft, embezzlement and other illegal activities in the casino, count rooms, hotel, restaurants and cashier's cage.
  • Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same.
