Role OverviewThe Survey Project Manager will support the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, quality assurance/quality control, and completion of professional survey services. The role includes training and mentoring of junior staff, client satisfaction, and business development under the direction of the Survey and Market Leaders within the Renewables and Power Division.
What You Will Do
Manages project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements, manages project budget and analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, billing rates, and utilization, and stays current on service-specific trends, technology, software, hardware, and equipment.

Requirements
- Professional Survey License preferred but not required
- Four-year degree preferred and 5-plus years of experience in a consulting business
- Multi-discipline experience and a strong understanding of all aspects of the Land Surveying profession
- 5+ years' experience in the land surveying industry
- Strong background in project management
- Effective verbal communication
- Independent judgment
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects well
