Role OverviewThe Sushi Chef will be responsible for the execution and oversight of a brand new Sushi restaurant opening at Grand Hyatt Vail. This position is responsible for producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include menu development and design, monitoring food production, quality and consistency, and staffing levels, and assisting in departmental trainings.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years work experience as a specialized sushi chef in a hotel or large restaurant
- Experience with luxury brands preferred
