Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sushi Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role, and will be able to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety standards accurately and efficiently.
What You Will Do
As a Sushi Chef, you will prepare sushi and related menu items according to recipes, presentation standards and specifications, and maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in the sushi bar, prep areas, coolers, and kitchen workstations throughout the shift.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety standards accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, consistency, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
