Job Description
Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes to a high standard, maintain kitchen safety and quality, and provide excellent guest service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years previous experience as a Sushi Chef in an Omakase environment
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi techniques
  • Food safety certification preferred
