Role OverviewThis culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least 1-2 years’ experience in a Sushi Cook position. The majority of shifts will start at 2pm, subject to change based on business demands. This position is primarily night shifts.
What You Will Do
Perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills, work multiple stations in the kitchen, and stand for long periods of time. Must have open availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends & holidays.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Good communication skills, 3 years of previous line experience, and a culinary degree or related hotel experience are preferred. Must be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills and work multiple stations in the kitchen.

- Moderate supervision and training
