Role OverviewThe Sushi Cook will work at the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, primarily on night shifts. The role requires good communication skills, at least 1-2 years' experience in a Sushi Cook position, and basic Sushi preparation and recipe knowledge.
What You Will Do
The Sushi Cook will perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills, work multiple stations in the kitchen, and have open availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends & holidays.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, 3 years of previous line experience, a culinary degree or related hotel experience, and be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a Sushi Cook position
- Basic Sushi preparation and recipe knowledge
- 3 years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Valid Food Handlers License preferred
