Job Description
Prepares and presents high-quality sushi dishes with precision and artistry, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards, while ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
Requirements
Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience
Prepare sushi menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure freshness and quality of all sushi ingredients
Maintain proper storage and handling of raw fish and other perishables
Maintain sushi station cleanliness and organization
Follow portion control guidelines and minimize waste
Conduct regular inventory checks and communicate shortages to the Assistant Kitchen Manager
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Assist in training new sushi staff members
Stay current with sushi trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings
