Role OverviewJoin MSCI's Sustainability & Climate Client Specialist team as a domain expert on MSCI's Sustainability suite of products, managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through projects and initiatives. Success is measured by account renewal rates, proactive client management, contract value growth, and pre-sales collaboration.
What You Will Do
Develop deep expertise in MSCI's Sustainability & Climate products, manage client inquiries and issue resolution, monitor client satisfaction, achieve renewal and retention targets, drive revenue growth, and partner with the Sales and Client Service Specialist team to identify at-risk accounts and develop retention plans.
