What You Will Do
Manage high-value client accounts, lead GRESB submissions, sustainability materiality assessments, and deliver internal trainings and mentorship to consultants and analysts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sustainability consulting, ESG reporting or corporate sustainability strategy within the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks such as GRESB, CDP, GRI, SASB and TCFD
- Proven ability to lead client projects and manage complex portfolios with multiple stakeholders
- Experience mentoring team members and providing training on sustainability concepts and tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Sheets, experience analyzing sustainability performance data, and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
