Seeking SVP, Accounting & Finance for a 35+ year privately held CRE investment/operating firm in Los Angeles, overseeing Accounting function, making key decisions on IT and HR, and serving on the Executive Committee.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Accounting and/or Business
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in related field desirable
  • CPA credential preferred but not required
  • At least 7-10 years of financial management experience
  • 2 years in Real Estate
