Role OverviewThe SVP, Consumer Lending is the executive leader with full P&L ownership across three distinct lending verticals, Auto, Marine, and Unsecured, each with unique go-to-market models. The role requires a versatile leader who can drive performance across decentralized, relationship-based sales channels and direct-to-consumer digital platforms.
What You Will Do
Own full P&L performance across Auto, Marine, and Unsecured Lending, including growth, credit quality, and profitability. Lead and scale indirect Auto and Marine channels through dealer and retail partner relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years in consumer lending
- 7+ years in senior leadership with P&L ownership
- Experience in indirect/dealer, retail partner, or unsecured consumer lending
- Proven ability to lead field-based sales teams and manage partner channels
- Strong digital lending and conversion optimization experience
- Deep understanding of credit, pricing, and portfolio management
- Track record of driving growth across multiple channels
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in a regulated banking environment preferred
