Job Description
The Senior Vice President, Relationship Management role involves building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, creating and managing engagement strategies, and resolving client complaints.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with Ultimus LeverPoint Operations teams and other internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to firm sales growth through effective client relationships
  • Maintain a high standard of business ethics
  • Understand client problems and challenges
  • Provide excellent client service
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients
  • Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients
  • Monitor and assess competitor activities
  • Support firm projects and initiatives
  • Maintain client information and pipeline in CRM database
  • Prepare executive reporting
  • Work on special projects as assigned by management
