Job Description
NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Senior Vice President, Property Broker - Real Estate & Hospitality Insurance. The successful candidate will independently manage a book of large & complex business and contribute to new business efforts. Real Estate specific experience strongly preferred. This is a remote position with occasional travel for client and team meetings. Excellent compensation with generous annual bonus.

Requirements

  • Proactively coordinate and manage broking around the renewal cycle
  • Define success and direct broking activity to achieve the optimal outcome for the client/prospect
  • Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and interact with audiences of various seniority
  • Execute client/prospect placements and collaborate with account management team
  • Develop creative solutions to address difficult placement scenarios
  • Lead team members in preparation of proposal presentations and support team members in responding to client queries
