Role OverviewWe are seeking a part-time Swahili interpreter to provide in-person interpretation for local Nebraska clients. The interpreter will work independently, providing services as needed, with flexible hours based on availability and client needs.
What You Will Do
The interpreter will provide in-person interpretation for medical facilities, using their cultural knowledge to help non-English speakers in the area. They will also be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPPA compliance.

Requirements
- Fully bilingual
- Excellent communication and listening skills

- Technical skills for learning/using online portal
- Access to a printer
- Interpreting experience and/or certification preferred
- Background checks and drug screens required
