Requirements

  • Assist on the production of retail products using raw materials
  • Provide entertaining and engaging demonstrations of the craft
  • Ensure complete adherence to established recipes
  • Gain understanding of raw materials inventory
  • Operate cash register/POS system
  • Ensure all available inventory is stocked on the selling shelves
  • Maintain cleanliness and displays in the shop
