Role OverviewWe are seeking a Part Time Fins Swim Coach and Lesson Instructor Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about water safety, stroke development, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
What You Will Do
Plan and lead fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate practices focused on basic stroke technique, water safety, and building confidence. Teach group and private swim lessons for beginners (all ages), following established curriculum.

The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and able to motivate diverse groups. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings (for Masters) and evenings/weekends.
Requirements
- Previous coaching or teaching experience with young children (8 & under) and/or adults
- Strong swimming background (competitive experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Required Certifications (or ability to obtain promptly): USA Swimming Coach Certification (or equivalent), CPR/AED, First Aid, Lifeguard Certification (preferred), Safety Training for Swim Coaches
