Role OverviewThe Swim Coach is responsible for supporting the development and training of the club's swimming activities while also providing individual swimming lessons to members and guests. This role works closely with the aquatics team to ensure a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for members and guests.

The Swim Coach will connect with members regularly, promote aquatic club activities, and provide personalized experiences for members. They will also assist in designing swim practices, attend swimming meets, and help oversee the completion of daily assignments.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of experience coaching swimmers of various ages and skill levels
- ASCA or USA swimming certification
- Certification in CPR, first aid, and AED within the last 6 months
