Role OverviewThe Swim Team Coach will oversee the overall operation of the swim team, coaching all levels of swimmers, interacting with parents, and maintaining open communication with the aquatic director and TYDE staff.
What You Will Do
Establish relationships with swimmers and parents, assist or conduct daily practices, communicate with the Head Age Group Coach, and create a positive team-oriented atmosphere.
