Role OverviewThe Swim Coach is responsible for supporting the development and training of the club's swimming activities while also providing individual swimming lessons to members and guests.

Create a personalized experience for members, assist in designing swim practices, and maintain supervision of the group.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience coaching swimmers of various ages and skill levels, and must be ASCA or USA swimming certified.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of experience coaching swimmers of various ages and skill levels
- Must be ASCA or USA swimming certified
- Certification in CPR, first aid, and AED within the last 6 months
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, members, and guests
