Job Description
The YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the foundation of community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Swim Instructor provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for students in swimming classes.

Requirements

  • At a minimum, some high school level education (over 16+ years of age)
  • CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid certification, and Emergency Oxygen
  • Current YMCA Swim Instructor certification OR training provided
