Job Description
Commerce Casino is seeking a Swing or Graveyard HR Call Center Associate to provide attendance-related support, conduct investigations, and provide front desk support for the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • General understanding of benefits, employee leave of absence and general HR functions
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documentation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time, overtime as needed with or without advance notice, and holidays
  • Ability to work shift alone at the call center and front desk
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make educated ethical decisions as necessary
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of employees
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
