Job Description
The Switchboard Engineering Manager will lead the design, development, and execution of low-voltage switchboard systems, primarily supporting data center applications. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, managing a team while ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and customer requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
7+ years of experience in switchboard or power distribution design
Prior leadership or team management experience
Strong knowledge of UL standards, NEC, and data center power systems
Experience supporting manufacturing and cross-functional teams
