Job Description
Entry-level position for individuals responsible for the assembly and fabrication of switchgear, including building structures, wiring, and assembling bus and breakers.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand an electrical drawing and schematics
  • Proficient with hand tools
  • Able to read a tape measure and other measuring devices
  • Must be able to measure to 1/16th of an inch
  • Must understand torque values and how they correspond to components.
  • Ability to read/execute electrical schematics and/or drawings, and engineering sketches
  • Must have troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
