Role OverviewThe Sworn Reserve Deputy supports law enforcement operations by performing security, patrol, and community service duties. The role involves enforcing laws, maintaining public safety, and supporting full-time deputies across various assignments and special functions.

Responsibilities include providing security at public functions, transporting prisoners, conducting marine or snowmobile patrols, and supplementing full-time deputies in law enforcement activities.

Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of sixty (60) college credits in police science, criminal justice or related field
- Certification as a Wisconsin Law Enforcement Officer, or eligibility for certification within 12 months of hire
- Completion of the Sworn Reserve Deputy Field Training Officer (FTO) program
