Job Description
The Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is seeking a Case Manager to work with students with disabilities. The Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating IEP and 504 meetings, ensuring timely implementation of special education services, and collaborating with teachers and administrators to support students' academic and social needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in special education or educational administration
Valid Professional Educator License in special education or school support personnel with supervisory endorsement
Two or more years of experience in special education
