Job Description
The Vice President, Loan Syndications leads day-to-day execution of syndicated loan transactions from mandate through closing, partnering with Origination Officers, Relationship Managers, credit, legal, and operations to deliver efficient, market-competitive outcomes for our clients across corporate, middle market, sponsor-backed, and specialty segments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in loan syndications, leveraged finance, or corporate banking with direct responsibility for executing syndicated transactions.
  • Strong command of credit agreement documentation, covenant frameworks, collateral and intercreditor structures.
  • Advanced financial modeling and credit analysis; high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven project management and negotiation skills under tight timelines; effective stakeholder management across internal and external parties.
  • Established relationships with lenders (bank and institutional) and familiarity with sponsor processes preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and deal platforms (e.g., SyndTrak/DebtDomain) is a plus.
