Role OverviewResponsible for designing and testing custom algorithm solutions as well as developing and validating complex models and simulations. Successful candidates will bring a systems engineering approach to understanding physics phenomenology and creating our in-house algorithms and performance models. This position requires being onsite and does not support remote or hybrid work.

Requirements
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 12 years of relevant experience
- 10 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree
- 8 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Experience developing custom algorithms and/or performance models
- Experience in creating and delivering technical presentations
- Experience working collaboratively on complex projects that encompass both hardware, software, and firmware
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and/or C/C++
