Role Overview

We are seeking a System Administrator III (MS Windows Server) professional to support the Air Force Intranet Control (AFINC) program at Joint Base San Antonio in San Antonio, TX. The successful candidate will maintain network infrastructure, perform day-to-day troubleshooting and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server and related servers, and perform annual DISA STIGs compliance checks on all RHEL servers.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will create and manage capacity and trending reports of system operations, analyze system requirements and performance of hardware/software systems, and develop/recommend specific measures to increase the overall efficiency of these systems.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience with installs, tests, tunes, maintains, hardens, upgrades, patches, designs, and documents supporting systems, utility programs, and monitoring tools for physical and virtual Microsoft Windows Server servers on both classified and unclassified networks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience with installs, tests, tunes, maintains, hardens, upgrades, patches, designs, and documents supporting systems, utility programs, and monitoring tools for physical and virtual Microsoft Windows Server servers on both classified and unclassified networks.
  • IAT II Certification: CCNA, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate OR Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
