Role OverviewAs a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of servers and networks to ensure high availability and security. You will proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for system upgrades and installations.
What You Will Do
Performing installation, configuration, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting tasks in support of IT customers, tracking and documenting all system changes, problems, issues, and work tasks within ServiceNow, and provisioning of newly procured endpoints.

Requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- 8+ years of experience with system administration or BS degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other engineering or technical disciplines
- Experience with conducting routine system administration tasks and logging data in system admin logs
- Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of systems and networks, including high volume or high availability systems
- Knowledge of debugging protocols and processes
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and issues identified by customers and implement corrective actions
