What You Will Do
Apply systems-analysis techniques, recommend hardware and software changes, monitor and troubleshoot systems, and provide computer support to NITC staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of professional IT experience, a CompTIA Security+ certification, and experience analyzing and troubleshooting computer systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification
- At least three years of professional information technology experience
- Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, servers, hardware, and software
- Experience documenting system configurations, technical findings, and corrective actions
