Role OverviewJoin our growing Cloud Development Team as a System Development Engineer to help create the next generation of home security. You will be responsible for developing business critical large-scale cloud services used by millions of Blink customers. The role involves design, architecture, development, and operations of large-scale cloud systems.
What You Will Do
As a System Development Engineer, you will work with streaming video, event handling, large-scale deployments, and high-performance computing, as well as solve distributed systems problems. You will develop new cloud services for innovative new capabilities on Blink security devices and continue the development of the Blink infrastructure within the larger Amazon ecosystem.

Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Experience building services using AWS products
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
