Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide engineering solutions and project management for data flows supporting tactical mission partners in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to elicit and refine requirements
  • Schedule work breakdown to deliverables
  • Document artifacts
  • Provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows
  • Good customer relationships
  • Reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users
  • Good understanding of the customer data flow architecture
  • Experience with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira
  • Good understanding of data processing capabilities
  • Understands system-to-system connections for data flow processes
  • Basic understanding of NiFi
  • Understanding of SIGINT collection and analysis
  • Experience with Military Cryptologic Offices, Tactical Collection Capabilities, Military SIGINT architectures and related data flows
