Role OverviewSolerity is seeking a system engineer to work with a team of developers to implement new capabilities in support of the current classification marking tool and the tool to be used to support M365 web-based applications.
What You Will Do
Document the full life cycle design, development, and testing of policy-driven software across multiple fabrics, troubleshoot and requirements gathering, and work directly with customers to identify and resolve user reported issues.

Requirements
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- Experience generating standard system engineering and test documents
- Excellent written skills and experience in generating program/process related documents
- Working experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with Wiki
- Experience in AWS (ability to navigate AWS dashboards & services)
- Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications
- Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements
- Triage user issues
- Track and respond to user issues/questions
- Establish internal schedules and milestones
- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly status in a timely manner
- Document processes and provide deliverable to the government
- Provide meeting minutes
- Ability to test new configurations/software releases
- Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios
- Track and report testing results
- Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations
- Contribute content for the development of high-level documentation and guides
