Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will ensure the performance, security, and day-to-day operation of our bank's core IT infrastructure.
What You Will Do
Manage infrastructure, optimize virtual environments, collaborate with the IT Manager on daily operational planning, and develop technical and procedural documentation for all core systems.

The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in deploying, monitoring, and upgrading server, storage, and network components, and must demonstrate hands-on experience with VMWare vSphere and enterprise SAN storage systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as an administrator/engineer in an enterprise-level network environment.
- Strong, proven hands-on experience managing and configuring within VMWare vSphere.
- Direct experience maintaining and managing NetApp SAN Storage or an equivalent enterprise SAN technology.
- Experience with Cisco UCS hardware or equivalent.
- Prior experience managing a data center footprint of at least 100-200+ virtual servers.
- Deep understanding of current server operating systems, active directory environments, and enterprise security standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to present technical ideas in business-friendly language.
- On-call availability for critical system needs.
- Ability to occasionally lift and transport moderately heavy computer components.
- Ability to travel to attend technical conferences or complete enterprise projects.
