Role OverviewThe candidate will work with customer leadership, capability thread leads, and DAC TTO leadership on analytic status, health, and development. Responsibilities include collaborating with multiple customers and contractors on capabilities concepts and requirements, planning and estimating software development of analytics using multiple platforms.
What You Will Do
Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Develop system requirements specifications, lead design and development activities, and provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.

Requirements
- Fourteen (14) years' experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Strong software development, requirements management, and project management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple groups and coordinate efforts.
