Role OverviewThe System Specialist, WMS is responsible for the efficient transmission of information and the storage and analysis of information by means of computer networks and systems, the Internet, and computer databases. The role involves installing, maintaining, and supporting computer systems, analyzing problems, and monitoring networks to ensure their availability to users. The System Specialist will provide general maintenance and system updates on network hardware and software, gather data to evaluate a system's performance, identify user needs, and determine system and network requirements.
What You Will Do
The System Specialist will develop and maintain tracking tools for support service requests and resolutions, engage expert resources when complex support issues arise, work with project teams to implement and maintain internal systems, and ensure system efficiency. The role also involves testing and coordinating modifications to the system, troubleshooting problems, and producing regular reports.

Requirements
- Four-year degree in a computer-related field or 2-year degree and relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of job-related/relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience is preferred
- Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients
- End to end understanding of the business intelligence and all the components required to run a BI environment
