Job Description
We are seeking a System Test Engineer to lead software validation efforts for advanced agriculture equipment platforms. Collaborate with a team of industry experts to develop innovative solutions that drive sustainable agriculture practices.

Requirements

  • Develop and own the overall software test strategy and validation plans based on system requirements.
  • Collaborate with system engineering and global teams to translate requirements into structured, traceable test plans.
  • Lead validation activities across SIL, HIL, and vehicle-level environments.
  • Optimize regression testing logistics to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time.
  • Evaluate and enhance test environment capabilities in partnership with infrastructure teams.
  • Execute verification testing on pre-production software and hardware.
  • Create detailed test cases for manual and automated execution.
  • Document and track software defects in ADO, including CAN logs and supporting diagnostic data.
  • Communicate test progress, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders.
  • Travel up to 25% to support on-site testing activities.
