Job Description
Join a critical federal role as a Systems Administrator - III, leading the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core middleware and cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Deploy and support new technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server issues
  • Support Web access, electronic messaging, and maintain secure, compliant systems
  • Install and maintain hardware, configure servers, and ensure infrastructure scalability
  • Manage middleware environments with a focus on MuleSoft runtime and API support
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring automated and consistent deployment processes
  • Support AWS cloud services such as S3, EC2, and API Gateway, including troubleshooting and system support
  • Enforce security protocols, manage security groups, and perform vulnerability remediation
  • Oversee deployment and change management processes
  • Provide operational support, system troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
