Systems Administrator I - III

The Information Technology Services division is in search of a highly motivated individual with expertise in Salesforce system and application administration, design, and systems analysis to join the dynamic and collaborative Application Services section. This role entails performing systems administration work involving maintaining the configuration, operation, and reliability of a Salesforce org, as well as responding to incidents and processing service requests and tasks.

What You Will Do

Perform troubleshooting support of system and application issues, respond to incident and problem calls, and process service requests and tasks. Administer and maintain Salesforce platform and applications, prepare and maintain operating procedures for technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and innovative systems administration techniques.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school or equivalent
• One year of full-time experience working in system administration, application support or other technical support roles
• Knowledge of systems administration, agile software development and systems analysis, computer software configuration and troubleshooting, and computer operations procedures and systems
• Skill in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, to analyze systems and procedures, and to communicate effectively
