Role OverviewThe Systems Administrator II serves as a technical leader responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure while partnering with staff across the agency to improve business operations and user experience. This role collaborates with employees across the organization to provide technical support, deliver user training, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement system enhancements that support business needs and organizational goals. The Systems Administrator II serves as a lead technical resource responsible for the design, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of DDRC's technology systems and applications.
What You Will Do
Deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize Windows servers in both on-premises and Microsoft Azure environments. Administer and support workstations, mobile devices, and enterprise applications. Perform system updates, patch management, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery activities to ensure system availability and security.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Six (6) years of progressively responsible systems administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience managing or supporting IT service desk operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365/O365 administration and support.
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments and enterprise IT infrastructure.
