Role OverviewThe Systems Administrator is responsible for providing advanced support for desktop, server, and network infrastructure. They serve as the first escalation point for Support Technicians to resolve complex issues and may execute their responsibilities from the service desk or the field.
What You Will Do
Provide support and maintenance of servers, network devices, and associated hardware and software systems for clients. Provide onsite support for Managed Services clients. Act as a secondary Client Relationship Manager; evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements
- Associate degree in computer science or similar field -OR- 2 years of IT experience
- Network+ Certification or Azure Administrator Associate AZ-104 or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Strong infrastructure and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
