Role Overview

The Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and securing end-user devices with a primary focus on endpoint management, identity, and access controls. This role supports both Microsoft-licensed users with assigned devices and frontline staff using shared Chromebooks.

What You Will Do

Administer and support endpoint management platforms, oversee lifecycle management for endpoints, administer and secure shared-device environments, maintain standards for device configurations, administer user identities, licenses, and access, and implement and maintain security controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of IT experience; or a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a systems administration role.
  • Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
  • Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems or endpoint administration in a cloud-first or Saas-based environment.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint security, and device lifecycle management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
