Systems Administrator Specialist - Intermediate

Requirements

• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems and applications
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and general support of IT systems
• Identify and resolve problems associated with operating systems, server hardware/software, and applications software
• Detect, diagnose, and report problems on IT systems, and assist users with questions or issues related to accessing and using IT systems
• Perform system backup and recovery procedures, maintain data files, and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure systems support business requirements and meet end-user needs
• Define system requirements based on user/client needs, cost, scalability, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms
