Role OverviewThe Systems Analyst will design, deliver, and support technology solutions that enable efficient manufacturing operations across the enterprise. The role will focus on SAP Production Planning with touchpoints to SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, PM, WM, and EWM, as well as integrations with Manufacturing Execution Systems, Windchill PLM, and other enterprise applications.
What You Will Do
Analyze manufacturing business requirements, design, configure, test, deploy, document, and support SAP PP solutions across the full application lifecycle. Partner with PLM resources to support manufacturing-related processes and integrations between SAP and Windchill PLM.

Requirements
- Strong functional expertise in SAP Production Planning, including configuration, support, and process design.
- Deep expertise in SAP PP capabilities such as MRP, BOMs, routings, work centers, production orders, production versions, and related master data.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes, including planning, production execution, shop floor operations, and engineering change impacts on manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration touchpoints across modules such as MM, SD, QM, PM, WM, and EWM.
- Experience supporting manufacturing-related integrations with MES, PLM, or other shop floor and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Windchill PLM or similar product lifecycle management platforms, especially as they relate to manufacturing and SAP master data.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing capabilities and Fiori-enabled user experiences.
- Knowledge of integration methods and tools such as SAP BTP, CPI, APIs, IDocs, and middleware platforms, with the ability to partner effectively with integration specialists.
- Understanding of SAP Clean Core principles and how to apply standard functionality where practical.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to document requirements, functional designs, test plans, process flows, and support procedures.
- Experience supporting production environments and managing application enhancements.
- Ability to lead small to mid-size initiatives, coordinate activities, and drive deliverables to completion.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, IT, and vendor teams.
