Job Description
The Systems Analyst will be responsible for identifying and resolving production system problems, analyzing root cause, and working with other groups/departments to improve systems. This role involves troubleshooting problems, documenting fixes, and communicating with the organization effectively.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting with a high aptitude for complex systems
  • Understanding of current processes and ability to offer improvements
  • Previous experience working on a ticket queue and enterprise monitoring software
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues
  • Excellent communication both oral and written
  • Sound decision making with the ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Detail oriented and attention to detail
